Return & Refund Policy

Thank You for shopping with Gold Coast Soy Candles

 

Cancelation Fees

Any cancelled orders will incur a 10% cancellation fee. This includes any orders that are placed that require shipping where shipping has not been paid.

 

What items can be returned?

Gold Coast Soy Candles offer a full refund, if the item you received is faulty/damaged.

We DO NOT refund if you change your mind on your purchases.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please send us photographic evidence within 24 hours of the item being received.

You can then choose if you would like the damaged item replaced or the amount credited to your account with us.

 

Once we receive your photographic evidence, we will then assess whether we need to have the item returned to us, or whether we will ask you to discard the item and issue a refund to the account in which you originally paid.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once inspected, if your item is deemed to be faulty, the shipping cost you incurred returning the item to us will be included in the refund price.
